The ground-floor plan is finished in plan.dxf: a 12 x 10 m single-storey house with all the rooms in the brief, at a total area of about 115.6 m². I checked the preview against the brief twice and fixed the clashes I found: the bedroom 3 wardrobe was in the door swing, the bath 2 door hit the tub, the en-suite toilet overlapped the shower, and I removed an armchair that sat in the entry door swing. - Rooms: garage 16.6 m², porch 2.6 m², entry 2.5 m², laundry 3.2 m², bedroom 3 14.7 m², hall 5.5 m², bath 2 6.7 m², bedroom 2 10.2 m², main bedroom 16.5 m², en-suite 3.2 m², and the open kitchen, living and dining 34.2 m². - Grid: lines A to E at 0, 3.4, 5.2, 8.4 and 12 m east-west, and four lines north-south at 0, 5.2, 6.4 and 10 m. - Walls are 0.15 m outside and 0.12 m inside. - Drawn: doors with their swings, windows, the overhead garage door, a sliding door to the garden, furniture, plumbing fixtures, the kitchen counter and island, and trees. - Annotation: room tags with areas, dimension chains (overall and per grid bay), a floor level marker (FFL ±0.00), a north arrow, the title, the room schedule and the legend. - Layers: A-GRID, A-WALL, A-WALL-PATT, A-DOOR, A-GLAZ, A-FURN, A-FLOR-FIXT, A-PLNT, A-ANNO-DIMS, A-ANNO-TEXT, A-ANNO-SYMB. Assumptions I took: - North is at the top of the sheet, and the entrance faces south. - The porch is a recess in the south wall, 1.7 x 1.5 m and open at the front, between the garage and the living area. - The single garage is in the south-west corner, with a 2.6 m door. - The laundry sits next to the entry and opens off the living area. The garage has a side door into the laundry. - The bedrooms run along the north side and open off a hall 1.2 m wide. - The en-suite is in the south-east corner of the main bedroom. There is one small cosmetic point left: the "Main Bedroom" tag slightly overlaps the bed.
